Why join The Big 5?

  • We’ll teach and review the 5 main moves you’ll find in most strength training sessions: Squat, Hinge, Lunge, Upper Body Push, Upper Body Pull. You’ll finish feeling more confident about joining a group strenth class - especially our Circuit 45 class!

  • If you experience pain trying to DIY strength training, or are confused by cues thrown around in group classes - this is the session for you! We’ll help you understand your own body, what cues you need, and which ones you can ignore. By the end you’ll be ready to lift with less pain and more confidence, knowing when to push yourself and when to pull back.

  • Strong foundations anchor tall buildings. You will feel confident, safe, and pain-free with the basics - leaving you ready to add load, tempo, and power to your workouts.
